3. Consumer Reporting Status
This service is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Nothing on the service, including results from a linked search provider, is a consumer report. It may not be used to evaluate eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another purpose covered by the FCRA.
